At this point you should have gotten all your snack and L13 specific foods (i.e. lean meats and veggies). You've probably already had your breakfast shake and working towards your mid-AM snack. Congratulations, you're already out the gate and running!
My tip for you all is to make sure that you have you food choices prepared and pre-portioned ahead of time. This makes it much easier to stay on course and not forget a meal or snack. Also, labeling your items or making a schedule to remind yourself when to eat is very helpful in staying on course.
Don't forget to measure yourself today, if you haven't already . . . . you'll feel very rewarded when you see the results!!!!!
